Where Will my 341 Meeting be Held?

Between 21 and 40 days after the filing of your chapter 7 or chapter 13 bankruptcy, a 341 Meeting of Creditors will be held. Read more about the 341 Meeting here. The location of this meeting is determined by the county in which you live at the time your bankruptcy is filed. While the following table is helpful for planning purposes, you should always confirm the location of the Meeting of Creditors with your attorney and by reviewing the Notice of Meeting of Creditors which the Court will mail to you after the bankruptcy is filed.

If you don't already have an attorney to help you with your bankruptcy, find one using the Colorado Consumer Bankruptcy Association Member List.

Wherever a 341 Meeting is being held is considered a federal facility, and as such you should expect to be required to show identification and be searched prior to entry. All weapons are prohibited.

Information about cancellations of 341 Meetings due to inclement weather, building closures, or any other unforeseen circumstances is available by calling (303) 312-7241. This number is unattended, so you should not leave messages. If you have any questions regarding your Meeting of Creditors, you should contact your attorney and/or the bankruptcy trustee.
